房間乾淨整潔，床也很舒服，酒店門口有很大的停車場，方便停車，酒店位置離愛丁堡老城中心有10分鐘車程，酒店有個酒吧可以看球喝啤酒吃飯，很方便。早餐一般，種類不是很多。就是酒店價格略高，不過愛丁堡酒店都不便宜

可免費泊車。房間寬敞舒適，位置方便。鄰近油站，超市，快餐店等等。步行往市中心亦只約半小時路程，也可乘坐巴士到各旅遊景點。員工友善，可免費延遲退房。整體非常滿意

Very helpful caring staff throughout. Only couple of little things in bedroom - No drinking glasses so had to use cups for drinking out of. Not the same but not as good as out of tumblers. No long mirror in room. This is not a complaint but just observations.

Never, ever did I encounter such a horrible hotel with freaking lousy service!! The room itself is very basic: no safe, no fridge or other amenities. Breakfast is very basic. Not a lot of fresh products - most food out of a package. We wanted to get the room cleaned and did put the sign outside the door. When we came back in the evening the room had not been cleaned. Appears you need to put out the sign outside before 11 pm. Really stupid rule and not very guest friendly. This is only included in the last sentence on the sign that everybody will fail to read, since the first sentence advices you to put the sign up, duh. We had to discuss with reception to get fresh towels and the person delivering the towels told us that he could not clean the room. Never again thus for us this Village chain!!

The hotel was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the reception staff was welcoming and amazing! I was thoroughly disappointed at the breakfast selection - the eggs were overcooked and floating in water, it was quite gross. The gentleman taking care of the tables was quite rude. We asked the reception whether we can look at the breakfast before we make a decision to add on, she said sure, we went there and this gentleman working the floor was quite rude saying for how many? I told him I am still deciding as my partner wanted to come in and have breakfast too. It was me and my mom staying in the room, but he was so pushy and rude, he asked for my room number, I gave it to him, he came back saying it's not paid and I said to him I know I am just deciding if I want to add it on -- we were standing away from the food and didn't have plates or anything, we were just texting my partner to get a decision from him. He was so rude and said "see I told you, this is why I asked, come with me" and he had a very rude attitude. We paid for it at the bar and then went to sit down, but this gentleman was the only rude man in the hotel - quite frankly would not eat at that place again!  He messed the whole experience for us.

Very nice hotel. Big and comfortable bed. People at reception are friendly. Great for those who want to stay a bit outside of the central area of Edinburgh. Love my stay over there

Limpieza podría decirse que ausente. Cuando entramos en la habitación sí que estaba limpia, pero hasta 3 días después no se volvió a limpiar. El desayuno pobre y escaso, no había ni leche caliente.

在這個酒店住了三個晚上，總的來説還是不錯的，有健身房，酒吧之類的，還是挺熱鬧的，環境也還是挺乾淨的。

The hotel is great if you want to be out of the city and close to the Botanic Garden. Great free parking and a Starbucks onsite make it a great choice and good value for money. Only a mile from the coastline.
